Live Long, Live Strong

We were created to live long, strong and satisfying lives, but so many people are filled with sickness and disease.  Living healthy is easier than we think...making a decision to do what's right for our bodies is where we could use a little help!  This workshop, presented by Joshua Moore, will not only help you get back to the basics and get a fresh start in your everyday health, but also help you to know where to start.

Joshua is a graduate of Rowan University in the Exercise Science: Health Promotion Wellness Management program. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports and Medicine (NASM). He is currently on staff at Future Fitness as a trainer, and also consults with individuals to help them reach their fitness and health goals. As an active volunteer, he helps organize and facilitate fitness events in the tri-state area ranging from 5k's to Olympic triathlons, and trains individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well at their caregivers, through Rowan's Get Fit Program.
