Pickleball Brackets

The software we are using for our tournament is Pickleball Brackets. Every player has a profile. For some, you may need to provide your email and create a password to log in. For others who have used this platform before, make sure you are using the same email address you used to sign up. Important: you must be logged into your pickleballbrackets.com account to access scoring and results on Saturday.

Brackets

Brackets are available HERE. Some brackets have been merged by skill/age, however, medals will be awarded for all original brackets.

Scoring and Results

There are QR codes posted in multiple places at the tournament for you to check scores and results. You will also receive a text with your scores after each game you play.

Substitutes or Withdrawal

If you need to update your registration with a substitute or need to withdraw, please access both of these forms HERE (will need to scroll near the bottom of the page). (Subs must be in the same age/skill level group as the player they are replacing)

Guidelines

  • You will receive a text at the beginning of the tournament with your court assignment - watch for text notifications throughout the tournament so that we can keep brackets running on time.

  • USA Pickleball rules are in effect.

  • If the ball touches the line, the ball is good.

  • The ball is USAPA approved, Onix Fuse Indoor Orange OR Yellow Pickleball.

  • Round Robin format.

  • Games are played to 11 (or 15 depending on the size of the bracket), win by 1.

  • Your games are "self-reffed", Court Monitors do not call balls in our out, or the score.

  • Good sportsmanship is the rule. Yes, you love the game, but it is only a game. Please respect all players.

  • Once the tournament begins, if a player cannot continue due to injury, illness, etc., the team and all scores will be eliminated from the bracket.

  • The team with the most wins in each bracket will be declared the winner. (Ties are broken by head to head record followed by point differential)

  • Coin toss before each game to decide if a team wants to serve first and select the ball color OR select the side of the court.

  • Each player receives a silicone server wristband in your player bag when you check in, the first server must wear their wristband.

  • Five-minute warm up on the court before your first game only. No warm-up for remaining games.

  • Serving team must call out the full score loud enough for all players to hear.

  • Players switch sides of the court when the score reaches six points when games are to 11, switch at 8 points when the games are to 15.

  • One 1-minute timeout per game per team, leave paddle and ball on court at the position where you left off.

  • Winning team signs off on scoresheets, Court Monitor takes scoresheets to the Tech Desk.

  • Please direct all questions to your Court Monitor or your nearest Tech Desk representative who will seek a solution for you.

  • Winners will receive a text notification to go to the podium for your medals and photos. Please do not leave without going to the podium.

  • Ice is available for injuries at the 614 Grille. Lost and found is located at the Total Turf reception desk in the lobby.
